I just discovered the greatest show ever, Spain on the Road Again, ironically, on NYC TV. It’s basically a televised road-trip throughout all of Spain, with the purpose of tasting the different cuisines in all the comunidades of the country. The cast is amazing, Gwyneth Paltrow is surprisingly part of it, and what I found hilarious is that she, just like me, went as an exchange student way back and fell in love with the country. I love this coincidence! This is the website for the show; it has GREAT information concerning Spanish food, as well as all sorts of curiosities.
